June 27, 201411 yr I misspoke. I meant I ran EFB on a separate i3 Laptop. ASN has always been on the FSX machine. Besides, that would be way to simple and inelegant. Next thing I suppose I'll have to plug the darn thing in all the time too. Actually I like EFB on the Dell 19" - more real estate and I like being able to flip from landscape to portrait. What I really like about the EFB is the hour notice I get to set up for my approach and landing. EFB and ASN share real time weather allowing EFB recommend arrival and approach. Every once in awhile I get sniped by variable winds and such and FSX will point me to a surprise runway. I'd say about 80-90% of time the EFB/ASN choice holds up. Rick Bertz
