Long time before VR takeoff speed

My T7 almost need after TOGA almost all rwy (11303 ft) before VR (186 Knt), filled with approximately 75% fuel, is this correct?

Depending on your flap setting, yes...

You should be operating with realistic weights (both payload and fuel), along with realistic flap settings.  If not, you're going to have issues.

Flaps settings was 5, when flaps 15 move, the VR Call out will come faster?

Yeah, the amount of fuel on board is almost irrelevant when what really matters is your TOGW, runway altitude, temperature, take-off settings and etc.  Even if all is exactly right, a balanced takeoff constraint only provides you with 40 ft of altitude at end of runway (if V1 is based on balanced field length).

You need to refer to the crew training documentation for flap settings. Generally, 5 is good but there are a lot of factors to consider and most of us would rather you read the manual. Check out Ch 3 FCTM
