How can I determine if my FSX has Service Pack 2 ??

hi

go to start --> control panel --> programs and features --> you will see the list of installed programs --> search for service pack 2. If you find Microsoft flight simulator X service pack 2 then its installed.

Or If you have Acceleration installed SP2 is automatically installed with Acceleration.

Go to the main fsx folder and right click on fsx and select properties. It will show you what version (SP2 or Acceleration).

Don't you mean right click on fsx.exe - not on the FSX folder?

Well I suppose you could say that too.  But I didn't say "on the fsx folder". I said go to the main fsx folder and click right click on fsx. Do not know how much clearer I could get. :P
