19 Year old about to finish solo around the world flight.

Featured Replies

Matt Guthmiller is about to finish his solo around the world flight in a Bonanza. He will top it off with two legs of about 2,400 miles. The last one being from Honolulu to San Diego. He will set a record for being the youngest person to fly solo around the world. I know this has been mentioned here before but I thought I would re-visit. Here are some links.

There are numerous sponsors. Check your links closer.

Thanks, Ron Fields

i went to the sponsors page!

unless i hit the wrong link; it was empty

i k ept on reading wheni hit the part where he is talking about buying the airplain

i may have jumped into conclusions there;

but adding no sponsors to a young kid talking about buying an airplain

its about where i gave up on reading the end of the story :blush:

He's got more guts then I do no way would I fly a single engine across the ocean or even one of the great lakes. I like to swim and all but not that far.

Let's collectively doff our hats and salute what this young American man achieved, which most of us only dream about.

Well Done young man.
