August 2, 201411 yr Hi all Could someone please explain how to get the controls of the weather radar to show on the 2D radio panel. I have looked at the cdu etc but cannot see anything. Many thanks in advance. Qas
August 2, 201411 yr Author Thank you for the reply. I do get the radio panel. But,Its missing the radar bits at the bottom,it just shows the original layout,pre SP1. The weather radar works ok. Does SP1 automatically add the weather radar buttons etc to the radio panel or do we set them up via the CDU. I have looked but cannot find anything. Maybe fresh install of T7 will sort it. Qas

There are no options in the CDU. Before I did a fresh install, I would run the installer using the repair option. Michael Cubine

August 3, 201411 yr The pre SP1 panel should already have the weather radar control panel, they were just non-functional. What are you looking for?
August 3, 201411 yr Did you install SP1 by right-clicking on the exe and selecting 'Run as Administrator'? What happened to AVSIM
August 3, 201411 yr Author Many thanks to all for the replies. You are all right.I had made a mistake. After installing SP1, I had replaced the panel config from pre SP1 model-the old panel config had settings for DBS airport gauge. Hence the missing radar panel. Fresh SP1 install has sorted the radar panel. Now,lets see if I can remember how to set up the airport gauge to work in the T7. many thanks again. Qas
