Yes, the sim keeps improving, thanks to a great support from the Laminar Research team, but also thanks to awesome add-on developers like DreamFoil Creations, the World2XPlane team, and the OpenStreetMap community. If you want X-Plane, why are you waiting for the Steam release, and what are you expecting in the Steam version you can't have with the DVD version ?
