Here are some screenshots of a flight I did from Jihlava to Prague in the Czech Republic 60nm. This is using a new autogen algorithm and art I'm working on for World2XPlane, and coupled with ZL16 photo scenery, X-Plane 10's fantastic lighting, this effect is very nice. Anyway, enjoy. It's was a nice relaxing flight through the rolling hills and small villages all the way to Prague. Click on each shot to get a full resolution view; Shortly after take off and heading up towards the town of Humpolec We join the main highway all the way up to Prague. I've driven on this motorway a few times, but never realised it looked so nice from above :-) Although 99% of the buildings are autogenerated, I've taken the industrial buildings straight from OSM, as they generally match up quite nicely. The sprawl of Prague can be seen in the distance. Just on the outskirts of Prague. Here my journey ended. I landed in the field (the joys of flying a helicopter and not caring about rules ;-)).

Hello all As title says, I am having performance problems with wind turbine farms on the america simheaven world2xplane scenery. First I had it with a farm close to KPSP. I edited the corresponding DSF with WED (had to use an old version, as the current one would give me a validation error). I found in the area hundreds of wind turbines using an animated object from opensceneryX. All these object references are defined to show for the default setting of number of objects. Not surprised i had performance problems. I changed 80% of them to show only to insane number of objects and that kind of solved the problem. I had the same problem near KSFO. But this time importing 37-121.dsf where I beleive it is located crashes any version of WED or the overlay editor. Also, i have the feeling that being this a widely used package scenery but finding almost no other reports on this, that i might be looking at a different issue. But clearly the performance problems appear as soon as the turbine farms come into view and go away as they come out of view. Seems to be fairly isolated to this circumstance. Any help appreciated.

The below areas were all but empty in OpenStreetMap a few months ago and looked pretty flat and lifeless when converted to X-Plane. I regenerated the area recently after seeing lots of editing activity, and the results are great and instantly recognisable with the real life areas. I hope the above will encourage people to update their areas in OpenStreetMap
