the advance manual is provided via Aerosoft support, it’s not included with the standard installer

the information in it is sensitive; and reserved in order to protect our customers

simply open a ticket asking for the advance user manual

Hi Chris, just to keep you in the loop here, I submitted a request to Aerosoft on Sunday but apart from an automated response I've heard nothing back from them yet. Seems slightly odd to have to make a special request for a more detailed manual but what do I know, I'm just a customer!

the standard manual should provide the average simmer with everything they need to get up and going in the least time or hassles

 

the "advance manual" is an internal proprietary documentation provided to all customers on a need basis!

it is necessary for safe keeping our customers from causing unintentional technical issues;

once a customer contact myself or AS support with an issue that’s not of the ordinary

the manual provide additional insights to Night Environment architecture

and allows one to further optimize their environment as needed

 

most of our customers are happy with NE out the box

and never has to open an advance manual or advance tweaking

 

the few who do need further assistance; we provide them with the document;

and walk them through to make sure they understand NE insights before they continue on their own

 

many here have had such assistance from myself or AS support and can attest to this

our team is always helpful; and always available to help our customers

 

it does speed up the process when we are contacted on AS forums; where our team is most active

Hi Chris, Maybe it has already been asked, but would you consider doing Puerto Rico, and the islands around like St. Thomas, St. John, etc.? Thanks for the excellent work, I like to create my own photoreal scenery and having your lights is a must.
