Create a new profile with Prepar3d.exe assigned to it, so it'll work

I meant a working profile.

 

I've already got the exe there.

Is there really any gain to be had by using an external limiter with P3D?

I thought the internal limiter worked better than in FSX.

Sinçe there were no takers I thought I'd try this out.

Wow.

After setting my target frame rate in P3D v2.3 to Unlimited, my FPS went through the roof!

I had FPS set to 30 but only had about 20 in a complex VC.

Suddenly I am looking at late twenties.

I then set the Frame Limiter in Nvidia Inspector to 30 and Bob's yer uncle.

Thank you to those in this thread for bringing it to my attention.
