September 12, 201411 yr Guys, Having problems getting AI traffic in non-Orbx areas (I do have Orbx NA traffic). Problem is, I'm not seeing any AI traffic other than Orbx traffic and that means zero traffic outside of Orbx areas. Can you tell me how to fix? Gregg EDIT: Stating the obvious, both my commercial and GA traffic sliders are set to 50%. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. September 12, 201411 yr Administrators Could it be that the Orbx NA traffic has killed off any other AI that you might have? Did you have any other AI traffic packages or were you looking for default FSX traffic? Didyou have any other AI traffic packages or were you looking for default FSX traffic? It might have but I looked in all of the Orbx tools and didn't see any setting for it. The only AI traffic I'm looking for is the built-in traffic. I don't have any other traffic utility installed. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. September 12, 201411 yr Administrators My thinking is maybe the Orbx Na traffic acts like WOAI traffic which does away with the built-in traffic because the traffic files are in FS9 format. September 12, 201411 yr Look in the Scenery/World/Scenery folder and make sure the default traffic bgl states trafficAircraft.bgl. Some addon AI programs will disable this. Yeah, in that case you have to convert them into FSX-format. FSX is compatible to FS9-format traffic files but has the nasty downside of ignoring every FSX files as soon as an FS9-file has been found. It's renamed to 'disabled'. Yeah, in that case you have to convert them into FSX-format. I seem to be in an either/or situation. Pondering what to do here. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane.
