Error - Flight Simulator didn't shut down properly

Featured Replies

I'm still using Prepar3D version 2.3 and suddenly I am getting this message when the simulator starts.  "Flight Simulator did not shut down properly the last time you ran it...you should reboot the computer before continuing."  Every time I load a flight this message appears.  I don't remember experiencing a crash or any problems shutting the sim down.  I have shut it down countless times with no error messages and yet every time I load P3D I get this message.  For now at least it appears to be just a nuisance as I can close the message and continue with the sim.  I haven't seen any problems with continuing yet but I would really like to get rid of this.  Any suggestions?

I doubt that this is a P3D v2 message. Let your anti virus check your system. You may use Google with this message and will get something like this.

You see that this is nothing new.

Are you running FSINN?  I believe this is a known bug with caused by FSINN.

I am not using FSINN however I am using UT2 but have not gotten this message before. I did make some changes to UT2 recently though so that's a possibility.
