Just go to this link and you would be just fine. Remember, it doesn't enhance performance. However, it does fix a lot of annoying graphical issues with the preview DX10.

While it was off the market for several months, it was placed back on sale at FSS just a couple days ago.  So you can go ahead and just buy a brand new, never used, not pre-owned copy for yourself.
