October 10, 201411 yr That's EXACTLY what it does Bill! It allows me to have hang around Frankfurt with 30% MyTraffic AI aircraft (which apparently equates to real-world density) at 25-35 fps...before it would be at 20-25.
October 10, 201411 yr Author Using 2.4 with no tweaks, Frooglesim has an article on setting the Affinty via the P3D.exe rather than .cfg, seems to works fine for me. I have the sliders maxed except the graphics which is set to 2048. I'm also using ASN and ORBX scenery which gives no noticeable stutters or quality loss, and my system CPU is a dated i7-2600 overclocked to 3.8ghz. Where I can found this, may help me. October 10, 201411 yr You still set the AI slider in P3D, but this little utility runs outside the sim and automatically culls traffic over a certain threshold (which would normally be invisible anyway due to the radius).
