Climb mode does not change in cruise mode?

Maybe I am missing something but my CLB mode does not change in CRS mode when I reach cruise!

 

I have to do change this manually.

 

What am I missing here, is it a setting?

Read the intro's and manual.  Some operators get this option by design.  Check the options in the OC for specifics to a livery.

I have to do change this manually.
This can be changed in PMDG SETUP>AIRCRAFT>EQUIPMMENT>Page 2 of13, line 4. Select either CRZ or CLB.
