Dan If I remember correctly, they're using Amazon servers for product delivery. Knowing Amazon, my guess is that it's an issue between you and your ISP... Kyle Rodgers

November 18, 201411 yr I'm getting speeds of 75KB/sec. Not that this adds value to the inquiry, but there is a lot of difference between 75 kB/s and 75 kb/s. Bits and bytes... usually a factor of 8 in telecommunications. Your ISP should provide a free speedtest, or you can find others with google. Give a speed test a try. Dan Downs KCRP
