Hi,

 

Lets say, I would like to test the "Steve" profile - he is the author and seems to have a good taste ;-). I go to the menu and pick this profile to load. The question is, are now all the Steve's options applied automatically or do I have to choose any of the APPLY buttons to press?

 

I apologize if I missed some paragraph in the Manual.

They are applied when you select the profile. Note steve isn't the best profile, it's a sensible collection of settings to form a good start point.
