December 3, 201411 yr Last Friday I started a flight from WSSS to WSSS east bound along the equator. The flight was nonstop, about 26000 statue miles, and took 46 hours and 13 minutes. Obviously I had to refuel during the flight using FS Actions. My objective was too see if FSX and the 777F would operate that long without problems. They did. It was flown at a normal rate with no compression/acceleration or auto-step climbs used or any airports or scenery disabled. It was uneventful and boring. Michael Cubine

December 3, 201411 yr Commercial Member That's my definition of a perfect flight. One of my favorite lines from one of my favorite books: "On the surface, a pilot might well, like Tolkien’s hobbit Bilbo Baggins, say that he doesn’t much care for adventures and that his idea day is one in which he departs on time, arrives on time, and has a thoroughly routine and boring flight between the two events." -The Naked Pilot, David Beaty Great book if anyone is interested in human factors in aviation, and psychology in general. December 3, 201411 yr Author I did have one problem but It was my error - not FSX or the plane. About 12 hours into the flight I started messing around with the altitudes on the legs pages. VERT PATH FULL was the message on the CDU. Around half of the VNAV info disappeared from the FMC. Several hours later I descended 4000 feet to add more fuel and that took care of what was left of VNAV. Page 1 and 2 were gone and 3 only had the distance left. So it was V/S and ALT HLD the rest of the way. Michael Cubine
