Hallo,

 

I expierence an uncommanded but constant left turn direct after take off with 777-300.

 

Autopilot is off, Manual flight, Autothrust active.

 

I have to actively force against with Aileron movement to overcome the left turn.

Is this normal?

 

Anyone an idea what is the reason?

Have not seen this. Have you tried calibrating your joystick component  using FSUIPC?

i use ch yoke with ch calibration tool. i don't us fsuipc for it.

You can check your control surfaces on lower display unit, might help isolate your problem.  I don't have the CH product and don't know how their calibration tool interfaces with Windows game port calibration, but something is probably wrong with your calibration.
