Well to be fair, even their "old" aircraft have been updated continuously and are now at V3, with improved flight models, support for the new GPS etc. IMO Carenado is doing a much better job with X-Plane than they ever did with FSX/P3D. Often those releases are abandoned after 1 or 2 service packs, with lots of bugs and unimplemented features remaining.

I recently purchased several from them.  Only the following are not v3 (yet) as far as I know:
