I can't even use the STARS and SID's that come with it as it is - when I open up the arrival or departure page - bye bye framerates. I hope that was fixed in the update, but asside from the procedures this is a simply awesome plane, and you'd have to be foolish to let the procedures prevent you from enjoying it. Besides it takes about 30 seconds to type in the whole procedure in the FMC on the go anyways, if you have the real charts it's not difficult at all.

Yes, that framerate problem was fixed.

I really like your machine "for the serious work". I hadn't seen an Apple computer in years (I still have my Apple II) but I went to the Apple store last weekend to buy an iPod. I couldn't believe what I saw with the computers - absolutely mind-blowing. I'm going back to take another look as, I too, have some "serious work" to do :-) .Doug
