Any idea on how it overlaps with ORBX KSPS Palm Springs?

The coverage area doesn't overlap with Palm Springs, there are a few miles between them.

A patch for a correct color match with FTX Global is avalaible on the product page. You could even

download that patch first, add the folder it creates to the scenery library and test whether you like the color match and

the photoscenery itself or not.
