May 20, 200521 yr There is -no- such thing as "constructive criticism" there are only "constructive suggestions" It has been proven in many research projects, when most people criticise it is because they feel the other person is better than they are. They want to pull them down to their level, so they can feel better. Send negative comments in email to the author, preferrably positive changes that you would like to see them make. #### about something you dont like, will seldom benefit you or change the aircraft. For some really good advice about communicating with others, anyone can read, "The One Minute Manager." In it, there are pithy sayings that really work... Like, "Never criticize anyone, unless they are Perfect."Show them how to improve, tell them how to improve, and praise every improvement. When they become perfect at their job, then if they fail to do it, that is the time to criticize... But, take no more than one minute to criticize, and use the last 30 seconds in PRAISE... about their good performance. It will -motivate- them to continue doing their best job. Criticize publicly, and when you leave, they spend their time publicy criticizing you for your behavior... Just as what is being done here! The Critic, is Criticized... Those who can, DO, those who can't Criticize...
