LOL, well I find just the opposite, while I belong to all the sites, the knowledge level and coversations here are a bit more high end and stimulating than elsewhere IMO. While I do see that some users here can be a bit outspoken at times, Ken and Tom do a great job of keeping everyone in line, so I don't think twice about it.Now I know all the FE beta tester support posts wasn't my imagination :-lolAs for this post, I agree that even freeware designers need to hear constructive criticism, but the original post was way out of line IMO. That's not even what I'm getting at. It's just silly that people can't post honest opinions, which may contribute to the artist's own growth, simply because others view freeware as being beyond the scope of criticizm.I'm not talking about bashing, I'm talking about constructive criticizm here, addressed in the proper manner with the proper intentions. Some people act as if this is unacceptable as well.

well, in your first two examples I was posting in support of a question asked about FE...so I dont see it there.in your last one I see I responded to a question where to buy stuff, so I still dont see how I went out, and posted advertisements for FE as it is depicted in section A as you pointed out.I use simarket so I suggest them as a place to buy stuff. so I dissagree with you whole-heartily on this one.But, if the AVSIM admin comes here and states theat I am breaking the rule and doesnt want me to support FE then I will leave here and not come back....

Most who bash Bill Gates are either jealous or know nothing about him, and think he keeps all his money. Actually he has stated that his will is already made out, each of his Children gets $10 Million and all the rest is going to Charities. He has already donated over 91 -Billion- to various charities. One of his causes, Innoculating all children in 3rd world countries against all childhood diseases. It is one he began and financed himself, with an M.D. administering it, and he is also doing other amazing work. He does not "blow his own horn" but the news gets out through various charities which acknowledge his contributions.Wish that I was one of his "kids." :-)

Thanks! I was starting to going into withdrawals and depression because all I have so far is L1011's. I tend to like planes with 3 engines. even the YAK. Not big but looks noisey. Since I got into this hobby I've discovered a major need for DSL. Dialup isn't getting the job done fast enough. Yeah, used to fly Kingair's all the time, util trying Mike Stone's B1900, now fly it almost exclusively. Except - when flying Bill Lyon's WACO... The only Jet that I will fly is Eaglesoft Citation X.If you want to get somewhere faster, why not just fly the fastest civilian Jet?
