what do I do if I my aircraft a cathay pacific 777-300er is cruising at FL330 and suddenly is hit by 115 mph winds? and I can not see the winds on my weather radar, yes I do have active sky next and my weather radar does work.

You won't see winds on a weather radar

Yes, you can't see winds on weather radar.

However, such sudden wind change would caused by some storm clouds. What you need to do is to use your radar, eyes and weather reports to avoid flying into these clouds.
