Do PMDG products purchased from Aerosoft qualify for the same support and service packs as those purchased direct from PMDG?

Normally the distributor handles the after sales support.  Wouldn't hurt to ask but you will have to post as per PMDG forum rules and policy:

Correct. That or configure a signature through your forum settings. If you're on the mobile browser version, you won't see the signatures.

 

As far as your questions goes, all support for the boxed version should be directed to support.precisionmanuals.com.

 

It's the same exact product. The only difference is they provide a CD and a nice box - both of which you could easily do yourself without waiting for it to be shipped.
