Hello all,

 

First of all, sincere apologies if this question has already been asked, I've spend the last few hours looking for similar problems but unable to find one.

So, I have a Asus G750 laptop with a GTX 770M 4GB, 16GM RAM operating on Windows 8. I recently purchased the PMDG 777 and the problem is when;

 

I open FSX and start a free flight with the PMDG 777.

 

Once loaded in windowed view, the aircraft is one the runway,

 

Engines running but all the PFD, NDs, etc are BLANK.

 

All the related switches are not responding and cannot be moved. 

 

On outside view, the landing gear is not there but the aircraft it hovering above the runway. 

 

I have tried to restart on Min display all the way up to Max display settings and still not working. 

 

 

Any help would be great. Thanks 

That's an activation problem.

Sponge is probably right, but just on the off chance, are you seeing the default trike/ultralite when you first open FSX and before you select a 777?

It did display the default aircraft but I the made the 777 pmdg flight the default flight and

that displayed ok too.

If it's an activation issue, is it best to uninstall and then reinstall?

You should not make the 777 your default flight. Go back to trike/ultra light. This is covered in the introductory manual.

 

That just might fix your issue.

You should not make a complex addon the default flight. Open a support ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com they will help you
