February 5, 201511 yr I think it's impossible to avoid, that some functions do not work anymore in certain softwares. If they would have to take care about each software outthere to show all things correctly, they'd never come to an end. In my oppinion it's clearly up to LM to fix it. Incorrect ... this is the very reason why nVidia have game profiles ... what happened is nVidia made a change but didn't update the Prepar3D profile (yes one does already exist but it is rather old and generic and I think goes back to P3D V1.x days) with necessary flags. It has nothing to do with LM ... with that said, LM have been working with nVidia to get a dedicated/updated profile and there is supposed to be a new Prepar3D dedicated profile coming out "soon" (I'm hoping sometime Q1 but I have nothing to base that hope on) ... once that happens then hopefully it will alleviate nVidia''s cycle of breaking P3D functionality. Software engineers (LM) follow DX11 API specifications, it's nVidia's job to ensure the correct implementation of DX11 API with their drivers. Cheers, Rob.
