January 24, 201511 yr Hi I'm trying to install the V2 Turbine Duke but I keep getting the same error regarding lack of internet connection. I've downloaded a new installer but this does not make a difference. I have also turned off Windows firewall. Any ideas? Regards Paul **Update** I have just received a reply from Rob at Realair after only 5 minutes.... Apologies. It is probably a temporary server glitch. Please give it a few hours and try again. Sorry for any inconvenience. Kind regards, Rob What brilliant service. Amazing aircraft from a fantastic company. Regards Paul Edwards

January 25, 201511 yr Author I've been in contact with Rob today. I still cannot get the installer to 'see' the internet connection. I have tried the test connection using the Flight1 wrapper and all is good. I've download a fressh Duke Turbine installer, tried reducing browser security settings to minimum. Turned off windows firewall and anti-virus. I'm out of ideas now. All other connections to the internet work. Regards Paul Edwards

January 25, 201511 yr Author Thank you Rob. I cannot praise RealAir enough. They have been brilliant. Regards Paul Edwards
January 26, 201511 yr Update 00.46 GMT =============== With the help of some kind customers we have traced the issue to cloudflare which is an alternative nameserver that helps us to connect ipv6 customers. But it clearly is unreliable so I have now changed our nameserver back to default. This will take a while to propagate - between a few hours and 24 hours. I apologise to anyone who had trouble connecting or running our installers. Service should be back to normal by Monday evening and hopefully well before that. January 26, 201511 yr Author For those reading this and have not purchased any RealAir products I would like to say how fantastic the company is. They have some highly detailed aircraft (visual and systems) whilst remaining smooth, and I now have also experienced some of the best customer support in my 20 years of purchasing flight sim products'. Thank you to Rob who invested some of his weekend into trying to resolve my issue. Kind regards Paul Edwards
