Aerosoft Twin Otter X Extended FSX/P3D needs GTN 750. Sound off!

Featured Replies

I think these guys need some encouragement. If anyone here is in love with the Twin Otter Extended and owns, or plans to own, the GTN 750. Throw your name in. Let them know.

As it stands, responses seemed pretty underwhelming and we may end up with never seeing a real GPS in the Twin Otter. Ever.

That would be sad. This is a plane modeled up there with A2A and Real Air IMO and the only real Twin Otter option for FSX and P3Dv2. This hobby is not aviation without it. Add your 2 cents here... http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/88257-twin-otter-extended-and-f1-gtn/page-2#entry653203

You know you want it. ;)

I'd love one of the the GTN's in the Twin Otter.  Absolutely.

The optimist in me say that anything can happen.  The pessimist in me says it never will.

And the realist in me went out and bought a 24" touchscreen monitor a year ago, uses it as a second screen, and can't seriously complain too hard about the lack of it in the panel, since once you use the GTN 750 on one, you'll never, ever use anything else! ^_^

Hmmm. Not as many fans as I had assumed. Shame.

That's probably because there's instructions on the Flight 1 forum about how to get it to mostly work in the Twotter VC and in parallel, get full functionality as a popup gauge.

Nice... Spread the word. Go to the site. Bug them with promises of riches and spoils. :)
