Can't get FS2crew to start

I am having a problem with starting FS2Crew with the Airbus 320/321 (latest version) in P3Dv2.5.

I have assigned the button on my controller as described in your manual. I have tried re-installing but it still won't start.

I have the PMDG777 also in P3D2.5 with the same assignment and that works ok.

I also have the Airbus and PMDG777 & NGX in FSX and they also are working.

I would appreciate any assistance with getting this to work.

Many thanks

Did you enable FS2Crew via the Aerosoft Airbus Configurator?

If so, open the Aerosoft airbus panel.cfg files with Notepad.

Check to see if there are FS2Crew entries on it.

If  not, run the Aerosoft Airbus Configurator with Admin Rights and try again.

You probably have a write permission issue.

Hi Bryan,

Thanks for responding.

Yes I did enable FS2Crew in the Airbus configurator. Do the FSX and P3D versions have their own configurator? I only have one, does this serve both versions?

I will check in the Aerosoft Airbus panel.cfg and reprt back.

I am sure that I have adminstrator rights, I will check this and report back.

I have re-installed both the Airbus and FS2Crew but this didn't help.

It probably is something simple that I have overlooked - had a long day yesterday setting up my P3dv2.5 with all my addons.....still not finished!

Love your work Bryan and don't really want to fly without it!

Many thanks

John

When you select Fs2crew on the Airbus configurator, did it state that it was successful?

Hi Jude,

Solved it! I only had one configurator on my desktop and I assumed it worked for both FSX and P3D.

I looked in the P3D Airbus folders and found the configurator in there. Opened it and activated fs2crew and bingo it worked.

Thanks for your assistance - definitely operator error...

Now to get flying

Regards

John
