Orbx region + paywayre airport (I suppose you were also running a payware airport product) + PMDG most of the times is too much for VAS. Turn off the Orbx region if you want to fly into a payware airport with the PMDG planes. What do you need all the detail of an Orbx region at 30000 feet anyway?

Thats one thing I don't own, Payware airports.
