Indeed, the term "service pack 1D" is a bit misleading, it's more like new build version 1D.

I purchased my 737 NGX but cant find my Receipt or order and forgot passwords to PMDG eCommerce and had to get new one. Does anyone know how to get the SP1D with a registration or Serial number?

I purchased 737 NGX on DVD. Does anybody know how to get SP1d in this case. It seems that it's only possible to download SP1d if you have bought the plane on-line.
