Oh my God...No words to describe the selfish actions of an individual to whom many trusted their lives. Very sad news.

Well seeing as the other topic was about the crash and this was about the possible causes of the crash started a new one. Didn't realise I was causing such offence by starting a new one, so feel free to ignore me and this thread.
