April 5, 201511 yr Hello, I am posting this because not sure if anyone else is having the same problem or not but I just installed the new NGX update and the latest Navigraph AIRAC. Now My FSX is freezing then CTD a few seconds later. Not sure what it is. Does anyone know what is going on now or how to fix this? Tried to do a flight with both the NGX and 777 and still crashing after take off. I have not had any problems in the past with any of my PMDG products but now I am. Any help will be appreciated. April 5, 201511 yr Have you tried to remove/install? Some will have problems installing an update over existing versions. What is Windows telling you is causing the crash? Use the event viewer in Computer Management to find the application error and the information on the error. Because you have a problem with both NGX and 777 I suspect a problem with something easy to fix such as the dll.xml file. You always have the choice to submit a trouble ticket at PMDG Product Support. Dan Downs KCRP

April 5, 201511 yr Author downscc, Thank you for your reply. I removed both the NGX on 777 through the control panel, then I removed all references of both aircraft as described in the instructions that was posted here in the forums.I then went to my e-commerce page of PMDG and downloaded both the 737 and 777 aircraft again. Then I installed both of them. I will look and see if I can find anything in the event viewer from all the crashes that I had earlier today.
