April 6, 201511 yr So I keep hearing about Prepar3d and took a spin over on their website and am a little confused on all their license options. The developer ones are obviously self-explanatory but the difference between Acedemic/professional I dont really follow. Can you only be one of these categories to purchase? Do you lose an features from one to another? I guess the obvious question for me is where would the average flight simmer fall in to their license equation? April 7, 201511 yr Moderator What we CAN answer is that other than the academic watermark in the upper right hand corner of the screen there is no functional difference between the Academic & Pro versions. Now, you make your own decision and go forward. Vic RIG#1 - I9 14900K MSI Pro z790 RTX 5070Ti 40" 4K Monitor 3840x2160
April 7, 201511 yr Keep in mind...it seems anyway...more and more addons are supporting academic license only. VRS F-18/Tacpak being the latest.
