Hi All,I just rebuilt my FS9/FSX rig and am trying to activate Active Camera in FS9.I have sent my serial# numbers to the Anticyclone activation and support email addresses in multiple emails spanning the last week and have heard nothing back.does anyone know of any other means of contacting them?

Let me know how it goes with those emails.  I purchased Active Camera, but never got a chance to use it even once.  The money I paid for Active Camera is gone, but is a small enough amount where I just decided to write it off as a loss, rather than make a fuss, especially when my emails to the seller of Active Camera met with no response at all.

It would seem after 11 years Active Camera has been withdrawn from the market.  I just tried a purchase from an old website link and PayPal couldn't recognise the dealer, the credit cards option did not respond at all.

 

I reactivated my personal Active Camera last year when I was reinstalling FS9 on a new computer/OS without issues - I had a response within the hour.

 

A great alternative is Walk & Follow.

I purchased mine years ago and re-activated it just a few months ago. The developer has always been prompt with activation requests. He could be possibly on holidays.

I heard from him today, and reactivated without a problem.

I should be so lucky.  Oh well, I can at least consider myself an unwitting charitable donor of funds to the guy who runs Active Camera, which I suppose is as good a cause as any.
