April 15, 201511 yr I received an error when I tries to install which I thought was PMDG 737ngx service pack 1d in which I downloaded the Full install from the site. The message reads..... "The setup has detected that version 1.10.6436 of PMDG 737 8900 NGX is already installed. This setup installs and earlier version of PMDG 737 8900 NGX (1.00.3219). You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version." Please let me know if there is a Service pack 1d for the NGX and how can I acquire it. Thank you, Steve [email protected] Steve [email protected]
April 15, 201511 yr Commercial Member Please let me know if there is a Service pack 1d for the NGX and how can I acquire it. Log into your account at precisionmanuals.com Go to View Previous Orders. Find your original NGX order. Click the existing download link. While that's downloading, uninstall the NGX that's currently on your system. Once everything is downloaded, install the new version. April 15, 201511 yr Author I just noticed that something else is going on. I've accessed the PMDG site and I have logged on and I selected the DOWNLOADS menu and under that I selected the SERVICE UPDATE tab and I see that I'm still getting a login prompt That said "Click Here to log-in', even after I have logged in already. Please read my earlier post, or read the text immediately above the link you keep clicking on. The text states: "You will need to log-in to your eCommerce account and redownload the 737 installer from your View previous orders page or from your original purchase email. " Nowhere in there does it state "return to this service updates page." It says download it from your original order link. The steps are in my post, above. Kyle Rodgers
April 15, 201511 yr It says download it from your original order link. You know you need to emphasize important information, try bold underlining. The twitter generation can't read more than 140 characters without loosing focus. Giving up on the full name please requests? Dan Downs KCRP
