Gregg...I do rent out my cottage/home, viewed in the 2nd pic (the one on the left, 2 storey....) ...3200 sq feet, forced-air, and 5 ton central air, with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 120 inch 4G tv with satellite, a 'man-cave' den, rec room, with wrap-around solid oak, bar. Fully stocked premium equipped kitchen, with 1.5 inch granite dog leg counter-top, with island. Patio, fully furnished. 20 cubic foot freezer, fully stocked with premium cuts of beef, pork, and chicken Hash browns, bacon, and assorted frozen vegetables....charged for what you consume upon final check-out. ($5,000.00 USF per week, with a $135.00 cleaning fee surcharge) Let me know...I'm booking full, but have some weeks in late August and early September! :rolleyes:

This is Halibut Harbor, from the RTMM group. It is about 15 miles from the ORBX Homer PAHO, that I bought on sale this month. I'll bet cha..that that house right on the harbor...WOULD be around $5000.00 for a weekly rental...LOL! I think that I scared off Gregg....what if I included the use of my C206 for that $5,000.00?
