May 30, 201511 yr Are there any tools to show what scenery is active at the current airport you are at? I have a large black box at KSEA, which some scenery added. So basically, are there anyway to find out where it is coming from without going through all the scenery I have active?
May 30, 201511 yr You should download and run Process Monitor and configure it to only display FSX and FSX add-ons that are loading. Details can be found in the AVSIM CTD Guide, page 4. Once set up you will see exactly what is loading into FSX (you might be surprised). In the image you provided though, the black box appears to be a large spike which indicates you are starving your video and/or system memory. It's autogen trying to pop up. It could also be missing library features for FTX products. If you download and run the latest ftx libraries, it may fix your problem. May 30, 201511 yr Are you by any chance running any FS9 scenery for India? There were some addons that added objects to KSEA that could easily be removed. FTR, when you make an object in Gmax and have it generate a placement .bgl, the default location is near the departure end for 34R @ KSEA. BTW, is that the new T2G KSEA in your screenshot? regards, Joe The best gift you can give your children is your time.
May 30, 201511 yr Author Thank you to the both. It was SweScen's Skellefteå ESNS scenery causing the problem. Yes it's the T2G KSEA scenery.
