July 16, 200520 yr Hello all, I purchased many airplanes via download and what i usually do is end up putting it on a cd in case of computer shut down. Anyways my qeustion is, I dont know which file to copy to a disc for the aeroworx king air, All my other add-ons were very simple but this one I cant seem to find what folder would be necessary to copy correctly. Anyone know???Thanks in advance Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.
July 16, 200520 yr I would copy them all. I normally just back up the installer, any keys or passwords, and repaints in one folder on a CD labeled for the aircraft or scenery it is. It has been awhile since I installed my Aeroworx B200, and it has never been removed. But I know somewhere I have a CD that contains everything I will need incase I have to reinstall it. I also back up all emails regarding the purchase. Some friendly advice when ever you purchase payware. Back up all files, emails, certificates, keys, payments reciepts, etc. Just incase....:DKev
July 16, 200520 yr My system is to preserve critical information like keys/codes and purchase receipts. This will allow me to reinstall any purchased product with ease - I see no need to store any large install files since you can re-download them. This inforamtion takes very little amount of space so I usually store it not on any CD but in a web-based email accunt.Michael J.WinXP-Home SP2,AMD64 3500+,Abit AV8,Radeon X800Pro,36GB Raptor,1GB PC3200,Audigy 2http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/747400.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_beta_member.jpg Michael J.
July 16, 200520 yr Hello! It's easiest to just back up your installer EXE file and make sure you keep backups of your Flight1 keys. The Flight1 installer generally offers you the opportunity to do this at the time of install.I'd also back up any repaints you put into your Aeroworx Super King Air B200 folder...don't forget to include panels and textures for your repaints! If you've got more specific questions, don't hesitate to ask them in the forum at www.aeroworx.com. Things are a little hectic for Henning and the team with the final preparations for the release of V2.0 underway, but you'll still find plenty of help there.
