Very basic question

Recommended Posts

When a video driver update is carried out, do we have to flush the shader cache ? If so, after the shaders are rebuilt, do we have to do any further action with the Fixer, i.e. do we have to reapply all the options we have selected in the Fixer ?

Thanks

the only thing I do after a new Graphics Driver is to reload the FSX setting in Nvidia Inspector. If I'm supposed to do anything else I've not read that anywhere.

There should be no need to rebuild the shaders but equally it will never do any harm. If you go into the dx10 controller debug dialog and press ok that clears the cache as well.
