  I recently got this scenery addon as it is not in the default scenery for FSX.  Altho VOXatc recognizes the airport it will not put any AI aircraft there at all.  Not a single one.  Anyone else experience this and have a solution?  Thanx!

Depends what you are using for your traffic. I use Mytraffic 6 with Voxatc and it knows about and populates OTHH.

Do you have aircraft shadows on the ground ticked? if so untick that

I have aircraft shadows on the ground ticked on, and I have not problem with traffic showing up, and I use MyTraffic 5.4c.
