I'm trying to get my storm clouds to look like cumulonimbus clouds. I see the lightning at the base and the tops are over 20,000' , but they look more like fracto- cumulus clouds. I have Rex 4 plus overdrive and ASN 2. Have posted in both forums with no luck. Any ideas ?

Cumulonimbus just look awful for the most part in FSX. They should thick behemoths, but they are more like transparent congestus.

But I would think having REX 4, Overdrive and Active Sky Next, that they should look the way they should.

There's probably limitations in the code that prevent that.

You would think. But they do a pathetic job. No volume whatsoever.
