Can anyone ID this tail?

I've seen this parked inside the Associated Air hangar at Love Field for some time now and was trying to figure out what airline/owner it belongs to, as well as what make/model of plane it is. The registration number is masked as well as some other part of the tail logo. Speaking of the one with the red, white, and green tail.

Looks Italian maybe?

Captain to First Officer: " I didn't say it was your fault I am just blaming you "

Looks like it's the 787 that belongs to the Mexican Air Force (XC-MEX).

Ding ding ding, we have a winner.

I typed that registration into Google and sure enough that was it. There was a picture of it before they masked the logo and registration. I've never seen it out of the hanger and couldn't really tell what make the plane was. It's been bugging me for while wanting to know what and who it belongs to. Thanks for solving the mystery Bryan.

Upon further research it looks like it will be used by the President of Mexico which would explain why Associated Air would be pimping the cabin.

Thanks for the help.
