Flight1 C510 Mustang Discount

Well...I see 25-30% increase in frames.  In fact, when I look up and see my frames low I check to make sure I restarted Aero. Most times, that's the cause.

Try running this from a command window or batch file...

net stop uxsms

net start uxsms

You may need to run it as admin, depending on your machine configuration. My toolbar is transparent if I've restarted it.  It's crappy looking if I haven't.

My color scheme automatically goes to windows basic when I run FSX.exe - is that normal?

Oh I figured out the batch file.  Yes it increases fps a lot.  But the color scheme I was running before turning aero on (not the basic scheme aero reverts to when starting FSX), had my fps identical to running aero after the batch file.  So that's not the issue.

My issue is FPS variance... if you enable the low average high counter for the mustang I get from 33 fps to 113 fps with an avg of about 55 in rural areas.  Anyway the FPS variance is the percentage value - mine ranges from 30-40%.  Which means huge stutters... iow stutters because the fps changes so rapidly from low to high and back.

This condition is exacerbated when I run Track IR - the stutters are horrendous.  Ugh

Start FSX and *then* run the command.  Your display should go back to normal.

Yeah I fixed that....  I edited my post though with a bunch of info

Plane is fantastic though...  apparently others aren't having the fps stutters I see.  So I would recommend the product:
