I cannot get P3d to Open

Featured Replies

I think I accidently deleted the Default flight for P3D and now it wont fully load. I reset the CFG and nothing is working, anyone have an idea on how to fix it?

Cheers!

Before you do anything maybe someone else will chip in here,   but to my knowledge, the Repair option will repair and replace broken or missing files within the sim.  I have used it a number of times.

OK so I did the "repair" option and she still wont start. It worked last night and I havent touched anything since then, Im usually pretty good with figuring this stuff out but I think I'm at a loss.

Create a folder called Shaders here if its not there - it will rebuild the shaders in it

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\Shaders

Not sure why it wouldn't be there you may have deleted by mistake - you only delete the contents not the whole folder

Alrighty did that and did another repair using Programs/my installer and it still doesn't start up, it just sits on the loading picture and its not rebuilding my shaders either.

Its not crashing it just not going into the menu at all.

When I delete my CFG it builds a new one but its not a complete CFG its only building like half of it.

This is what my CFG looks like, something is odd about it, its too small insnt it ??
