Lucas can you show what it looks like in DX9 please?  It so looks like an alpha issue - can you locate the textures involved at all?

 

Also why not ask in the Dx10 discussions in a thread with a title PMDG JS41 if anyone sees anything different or has  a suggestion

Of course I can check in DX9 mode...but I'm affraid I don't know where to look textures what you asked...

Strange thing, Steve... in DX9 there is the same effect. Maybe should I reinstall PMDG JS41...?

Perhaps so! Did you use the controller to switch to dx9 rather than using fsx itself?

I used Controller... deactivate DX10, then uninstall Libraries and then check the lights in JS41...

I have now fresh system install (Win 10) and FSX (Steam) and PMDG J41 - problem's gone.
