I hope I can get some help! I can't seem to get the preflight checklist started. Everything seems to be working up to the point where I ask for the preflight checklist. I get no response from the FO. Also, when I try to play the "welcome" announcement, nothing happens. Don't know if the two are related. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Run the audio test on the audio page.

 

It sounds like your speakers are not set to "Stereo" in the Speakers Setup in Windows control panel.
