Why can't we use any other "pushback"?

Featured Replies

I read in the tutorial to only use the PMDG pushback until the new FS2Crew product is released. We can't, or shouldn't, use FSDreamTeam's GSX pushback?

It is written in the tutorial:

"For pushback, use the built in PMDG pushback until Ultimate Ground Crew X is released."

It is not written that you have to use only the PMDG pushback.

I personnally use both the pushback from GSX and AES and they work just fine. Fs2crew doesn't interfere with the pushback.

My guess is that Bryan rather meant to say that in the absence of other mean and until Ground Crew X is released, you MAY use the PMDG pushback.

Hello,

And another one question. Preflight events are mandatory or we can use them like option?

Thank you

Haris

You don't have to use preflight events each time. You can simply start wherever you like in fs2crew.

Just select your step using the up and down arrows on the main panel.

However, if you don't use preflight events and start for example directly at the before start checklist, it is up to you to properly setup the aircraft to the point you would ask for the before start checklist.
