August 3, 201510 yr Up until I messed around with my scenery.cfg lately my numbering of Area and Layer was identical: Example [Area.742]Title=Ireland - VFR Small Airports Part 2Local=Addon Scenery\Ireland - VFR Small Airports Part 2\Ireland - VFR Small Airports Part 2Layer=742Active=TRUERequired=FALSE[Area.743]Title=Ireland - VFR Small Airports Part 3Local=Addon Scenery\Ireland - VFR Small Airports Part 3\Ireland - VFR Small Airports Part 3Layer=743Active=TRUERequired=FALSE[Area.744]Title=Ireland - VFR Small Airports Part 4Local=Addon Scenery\Ireland - VFR Small Airports Part 4Layer=744Active=TRUERequired=FALSE Having the Area and Layer numbers matching has some advantages which I prefer. Now after something went out of whack I have things like this: [Area.890]Title=OZx_NALocal=OZx\OZx_NALayer=504Active=TRUERequired=FALSE[Area.891]Title=OZx_LIBLocal=OZx\OZx_LIBLayer=505Active=TRUERequired=FALSE[Area.892]Title=OZx_AUSLocal=OZx\OZx_AUSLayer=506Active=TRUERequired=FALSE Does anyone know of a tool that will renumber the Area and Layer to the same number and reorganize them automatically to be in the correct Area order? For exampe, above, renumbering Area 892 to Layer 506 and then placing it in order between Area 505 and Area 507. Doing the job manually or using Scenery config editor is painful, unless there is something I am not aware of. Bryan Wallis aka "fltsimguy" Maple Bay, British Columbia Near CAM3
